We use DHL and FedEx as our shipping partner, so as long as DHL or FedEx can reach your postal address then we can ship it to you. Local order will be shipped via TIKI (Titipan Kilat).

2. What kind of raw coffee that you use in civet kopi luwak?

We use Arabica coffee.

3. What do you mean with 100% satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee that our products are originally from Indonesia and are high-premium quality. If you’re not satisfied for any reasons, please just ship-back our products within 30 days of product receipt-date and we will refund 100% of your money.

4. How long does it takes to deliver to USA & European countries ?

We use standard delivery with DHL which usually take 3 weeks to reach USA and European countries. If you need express delivery, please send us email at contact[at]civetkopiluwak.com. Additional shipping cost might applied.

5. How long Kopi luwak can be stored before its expired?

The recommended maximum period is 1-2 years. In general, Kopi luwak has the same characteristics with other types of coffee. You might want to read the complete references about Coffee FAQ here.

6. What makes Kopi Luwak so expensive?

Kopi luwak has unique processing steps which involve civet cat’s wild life, and took a lot of manual efforts to make it ready for consumptions. In average, a kopi luwak farmer can only product a max of 1000 pounds per year. Rarity combined with the high demand of kopi luwak are the perfect key to high-price.

7. Is there any discount for bulk order?

Yes, we do have special discounts if you order more than 20 kgs (44 lbs). Please contact us directly to discuss bulk order.

8. Does the transaction 100% secured?

We use Paypal as our online payment gateway, so it’s 100% secured.

9. What Payment options do you offer?

For international order, we use Paypal only. For local we can accept manual Bank transfer (BCA) or Cash On Delivery/COD (Bandung & Jabodetabek only).

10. How do I that you’re not a scammer?

We use Paypal Verified Business accounts as payment gateway and has been in online business for 6 years. Paypal has been known world-wide for its strict rules in verifying its account holders. Beside that, we will never put our online reputations at risk for such a dishonest short-term advantages. You can also talk to us directly via phone to clarify that we are genuine business persons.
